Under direct supervision, the People Team Coordinator provides administrative support to People Team department with event coordination and maintenance of People Team programs and procedures; responds to general People Team inquiries.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assists People Team department with day-to-day operations. Greets visitors both in person and over the telephone as needed
• Maintain and support People Team programs including new hire orientation
• Communication relating to new hire orientation including welcome letters, hiring manager requests, etc.
• Commute Trip Reduction and ORCA Cards
• Responds to general People Team inquiries via email, in person and over the phone
• Reconcile and process department credit card statemen (as needed)
• Sorts department mail and orders departmental supplies
• May assist and support event management of clinician and teammate events.
• Coordinates off-site and in-house events and conference room arrangements, including IT & room setup
• Assists in preparing agenda, presentations, and information packets for meetings; distributes materials electronically pre- and post-meetings
• May require some travel to support events
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of receptionist/general clerical experience
• Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office and Outlook
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED, some college
• Experience or education in Human Resource
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal

Washington Residents Only Residents Only : The salary range for Washington residents is $118,000 to $226,800.
